Defrost in storage at 0-4°C for 1-2 hours.

After thawing, keep in storage at 0-4°C for 4-5 days covered in a bell-type container. Alternatively, keep at ambient temperature <22°C for 3-4 days covered in a bell-shaped container.

After defrosting, refreezing the product is prohibited.
